Who we are

Odd Bunch USA LLC ("Odd Bunch," "we," "us," or "our") is getting ready to deliver subscription boxes of rescued surplus and imperfect fruit and vegetables in the United States. This policy explains how we handle your information when you visit oddbunch.com, join our waitlist, or interact with our ads.

We do not collect payment details, delivery addresses, or order history yet, because we are not taking orders. We do not collect biometric information, precise device location, or information about your health, race, religion, or sexual orientation.

Who we share it with

  • Klaviyo, which sends our emails and texts

  • Shopify, which runs our website

  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google and YouTube for advertising

  • Triple Whale, which helps us measure how our advertising performs

  • Our affiliated companies in Canada and Australia, which support our operations

  • Regulators, law enforcement, or professional advisors, where the law requires it

Sharing information with advertising partners so they can show you relevant ads is treated as targeted advertising under several state privacy laws, and in some states as a sale of personal data. You can opt out at any time. See below.

Your choices

Opting out of targeted advertising. You can opt out of targeted advertising and of any sale of your personal data by using the Your Privacy Choices link in the footer of our website, or by emailing help@oddbunch.com with the subject line "Opt out of targeted advertising."

Browser signals. We recognize and honor opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends one, we treat it as a request to opt out of targeted advertising for that browser.

Cookies. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings.

Email. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, which we act on within 10 business days. You can also email help@oddbunch.com.

Text messages. If you agreed to receive marketing texts, reply STOP to any message to stop them, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You can withdraw consent at any time by any reasonable method.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to confirm whether we hold your personal data and get a copy of it, correct it, delete it, receive it in a portable format, and opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of your data, and certain kinds of profiling. You also have the right not to be treated differently for exercising these rights.

To make a request, email help@oddbunch.com with the subject line "Privacy request." We will respond within 45 days, and will tell you if we need up to 45 more days. We may need to verify who you are first. You can use an authorized agent, and we may ask for proof they are acting for you.

If we say no to your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision or emailing help@oddbunch.com with the subject line "Privacy appeal." We will respond within 60 days. If we turn down your appeal, we will tell you how to contact your state Attorney General.

Children

Our website and our waitlist are for adults 18 and older. We do not direct our services to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If we find out we have, we will delete it. If you think a child has given us their information, email help@oddbunch.com.

How long we keep it, and where it goes

We keep waitlist information for as long as we need it to tell you about our launch and to send you marketing you have signed up for, and afterward only as long as we need it to meet legal and record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We are affiliated with operations in Canada and Australia, so your information may be processed in, stored in, or accessed from the United States, Canada, and Australia.
